Q. 1. How shall I Login?
You would receive two pin mailers from
TJSB Sahakari Bank Ltd.
A)Internet Banking Login Id B)Login
Pin/Password and Transaction Pin/Password In the box
User Login put Username as Login Id and Password as Login Pin.
At first Login system will force user to change Login &
Transaction pin.
Enter Old Login pin in field Old Login pin
Enter New Login pin consisting of 8 to 20
characters with 1 Upper alpha, 1 Lower alpha, 1 numeric & 1
special characters (like @, %, # etc) in field New Login pin.
Enter same password in fields Confirm Login pin.
Enter Old Transaction pin in field Old Transaction pin.
Enter New transaction pin consisting of 8 to
20 characters with 1 Upper alpha, 1 Lower alpha, 1
numeric & 1 special character (like @,%,# etc) in field New
transaction pin.
Please note that the Transaction pin should not be same
as Login pin.
Enter same password in field Confirm Transaction pin.
Click on I agree button
Press OK.
You will get message ? Query & Transaction pin changed
successfully?.
User has to Relogin again with New Login pin by clicking
on please Relogin icon.

Q. 2. Is there any charge for this service?
All
TJSB Sahakari Bank Ltd.'s customers can access their
account through Net Banking. Customer need to fill up the
Internet Banking Registration Form Which is available at the
Branch as well as on the Bank?s Website.

Q. 4. How safe are my requests/transactions on
Net Banking?
We have built several security checks for protecting your Net
Banking transactions. You will be asked to enter your unique
Login ID and Login pin (password) to verify your identity before
accessing your account. To maximize the security and
confidentiality of your transactions, your Login pin is not
accessible to anyone. Please do not share your pin(password)
with anyone.
When you bank with us on the Internet, you are always in a
secure zone. To ensure the security of your transactions, we use
a technology called Secured Socket Layer (SSL), which encrypts
the information between you and the Bank.
Also, when you login to Net Banking, your last date and time of
login will be displayed so that you can make sure that nobody
has accessed your account.
In addition to these we have also provided a unique feature of
?Activity Log Report?. This report gives the date & time wise
activities carried out. We request you to check your activities
before logging out. These features work together to maximize the
security of your banking transactions. However, in order to
ensure complete security, please log-out of Net Banking after
the completion of your transaction.

Q. 5. What kind of hardware and software are
recommended for using NetBanking more efficiently?
Hardware: You need to have a Pentium PC with
64 MB RAM, 2.1 GB Hard Disk Space with 500MB free space.
Software: You need to have a browser:
Internet Explorer Version 5.5 and above.

Q. 6. I cannot read some digits of the
pin(password). What should I do?
The pin (password) is alpha numeric which is randomly
generated by the system. The pin (password) is accessed only by
you. We would therefore request you to apply for regeneration of
the password at your branch. |

Q. 7. Why is my Login pin(password) not
functioning?
There could be various reasons for the Login PIN (password) not
functioning:
The Login PIN (password) is case-sensitive and may not
have been entered in the same lower or upper case as mentioned
in the Login PIN envelope sent to you.

Q. 8. How do I change my Login pin/transaction
pin?
To change your Login PIN (password), please follow the
instructions given below:
In the User Login box ,key in your Login ID and login
pin. The pin is case-sensitive. Please key in the same lower or
upper case as mentioned in the PIN envelope.

Q. 9. What are the measures I can take to
ensure greater security?
You should log-out from the NetBanking when leaving your
PC.
Always change your password continuously, choose 8
to 20 digit passwords (alphanumeric) and change them
regularly; avoid obvious passwords (names of family members,
pets, favorite player etc), and do not share the password with
anyone.
You should not write a password down on any paper which
may be easily accessible to anyone.
Put in a power-on password in your machine so that
nobody else can switch on your machine.
Have a screensaver password so that when you are away
from your workstation nobody else can access it.
If you think someone knows your password go online and
change it immediately
If you are using the Internet in a public place (e.g. a
Cyber Cafe) do not leave the PC unattended, and ensure that
no-one is watching what you type
Logoff from NetBanking upon completion of your session.
Use the Logout button to Log out so that the session closes.
This will prevent the viewing of previous pages of your online
session via your PC.
